Refund Policy
At Grippii, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Include any original packaging and tags
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your items. Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products that have been worn, washed, or used
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you’d prefer once the return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, although your bank or card provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
